Just a hunch. I own a small flooring business ( i know has nothing to do with nnrx ) and am currently expanding with a partner. All i can say is the more people and moving parts the more delays. With NNRX we are talking about land, lawyers, FDA laws , marketing... Things are not "turn key" ready...and if you read his wording "we should be ready to announce specifics by mid july" he didn't say mark your calander for an 8:00 am PR on July 15th...
