"Can you provide any updates on the talks with the institutional investor? On January 23rd, 2018 the news release said "The company expects to enter into definitive agreements with this investor in the next two weeks." and then there was no follow up. It would be great if you could provide some information as to where the 4Less Corp is with that.
My other question is in regards to the dilution that is occurring. Can I have an update on what the purpose of that was? If it was to pay off debt, will we see a reduction of notes reflected in the upcoming 10Q?
