Did LCY reveal what they will purchase BioAmber for here? The only other public company associated with LCY is LCYT trading on the Taiwan market. LCYT's valuation according to their current market cap is $117,824,800. So which public issue company are they referring to here that LCY Biotechnology is going to be involved with that has a valuation of $342,481,282.55???
