Would you expect that language to preclude a party from publicizing either the termination or expiration of the term sheet after such an event has occurred, ad infinitum?

Pete was referring to the super secret Secrecy Clause that only Leo and Ipix and their big pharma partner know about. This is a different than standard non disclosure language. Because ipix IP is so valuable to big pharma, regular non disclosure language simply will not do. Thus, The Secrecy Clause.
