#18232 RE: sneak-attack #18231

This is the tail wagging dog. The question is---does any company think is worth it to partner with ERHE considering their past history?

They hosed the last partner. They offer nothing. They have no expertise at anything oil related.

Their only expertise is shafting the shareholders.

Not a real good track record.

It's not just about Total S.A. wanting ERHC's blocks (i.e., percentages in those JDZ blocks). Sure, Total could write a check for ERHC's percentages in the JDZ blocks...

However, I'm sure Total wants to know who owns the rest of those blocks? Who is the exploration/drilling company and do they have experience in extremely deep water? Do they have good safety record? What if you strike oil, then who would design the architecture to produce the oil and or gas? ... Like most big companies, Total probably wants control over those JDZ blocks. Maybe they want to be the operator....... not to mention, if you actually find something, it's probably going to cost billions, and take years, to design and construct a production/operations facility...

So Total getting ERHC's percentages would be nice, but that is just a piece of the bigger puzzle, that I'm sure they are thinking about..
