You know from this extract from the 8K it does seem quite possible that the whole hedge fund will be reversed into the DCGD shell:

Otherwise it makes me think they would have registered the holding in the name of the company to be reversed in and also registered that as the new LLC with the Nevada SoS instead of registering GRN as a new LLC only.

The suspense is killing me! Lol Can’t wait for an update from the company.

GRN may put a group of hemp related

companies into DCGD...


Hemp sector is legal by

FED rules and revenue is

bankable and anyone can

invest in hemp boom...


They already had whatever is

coming in lined up...


GRN Fund owns control of

DCGD, so can make deals to

reverse merge a company or

group of companies into DCGD...


It is highly Unlikely that

the fund would reverse itself

in entirety into DCGD... That

would only add a lot more

regulatory thingies to heed...


Washington State has been lagging

the ongoing Hemp biz boom in

Oregon and that could be seen

easily by GRN Funds...


Florida SOS setup of Sunshine

Hemp easily tosses that in mix

of possible biz combos...


Should be fun to what is

if they need another one

for that pursuit...


They might want one of

those coveted Delaware shells
