I've never been a huge fan of posting "specific" dates upon when news should arrive, but if it happens then the "source" just becomes a bit more credible.
And if it doesn't, well- then the source becomes less credible.
I don't know any of the details and am just hoping that the merging entity is already engaged in a viable business and they just wanted to gain more exposure by taking that business public.
As of today (Sunday), there have been no new filings out on the Nevada Secretary of State's website
