The passage posted does not say the contract is to be terminated/modified. The contract itself gives Vinmar rights of termination should BioAmber, the empty, debt ridden shell, be unable to get financing for the plant. Vinmar's "investment" was to be 10% of the equity (that's on the 10K, page 14), BioAmber would have to gain financing for the rest. This this company that is in bankruptcy and having their debt discharged is going to find a creditor?
