My problem is that some people treat charts as if they are crystal balls and then manipulate them to say whatever meets their needs. They are just imprecise tools nothing more nothing less. In a way they self fulfill investor sentiment at any given time. Throw out one chart and investors sell throw out another and they buy. Is it the chart or the lemming investors that create the trend?
