I expressed myself unclearly. What I meant was that the accusations will be dismissed after they have been tried; that Heng Ren will lose the case.

I'm not a lawyer but that is one thing that will not happen.

RD My guess is that one reason why it is hard to get loans is that SIAF has proved that it does not take financial obligations seriousy and does not pay back loans in accordance with the terms agreed on. Who would give loans to a borrower who behaves this way?
