I talked to the vice president of a billion dollar distribution company that shall remain unnamed. He said they dont care about FDA. Rival companies are doing it anyway, so they probably will too at some point. Plus, the energy drinks are hemp, so who cares.

Just to play devils advocate though...if the gov. Was interfering do you really think she would admit that? I'm sure they know that would be bad for business. But I hope what she told you is true.
