The market is the only factual indication for the company and its value....

I agree. For every OTC stock revenues are what matters. PRs, tweets, and FB posts that communicate from company to investor are nice to have, but revenues are what drive PPS increases that actually hold.

Consistency in whether stockholders want communication or not before the quarterly reports that PROVE revenue increases would be nice.

All that aside, buy low sell higher. The time to accumulate is when a stock goes down without discernable real world reasons for it to drop.
