How do you know the O/S is unchanged? The last date in financials for security numbers is may 15 and it is clear the OTCM/TA A/S numbers are wrong. So (1) can't trust any numbers on OTCM from TNPH and (2) what does it matter if O/S is unchanged, it's already maxed out so we all know the A/S increase is intended for O/S increases.
