Also, there's no way to bash those numbers around and claim they are not real, because hospitals and clinics do PAY THEIR BILLS ON TIME, the time may be 30-60 days but they do pay, SO ARRAYIT CAN LITERALLY BANK ON THOSE BILLINGS. ACTUALLY THEY CAN EVEN BORROW ON THOSE NUMBERES, AT A DISCOUNT, AND THE TERM USED WAS COMMERICAL PAPER. LOOK IT UP.
