Not sure , and that would be up to Dan if a reverse would be to happen.

I worked a few rough scenarios a while back. Considering we are so depressed here at .0001 and cannot go lower, in my worst case scenarios with terrible dilution we would still move from 1 tick to 10 or 20.

This is rough guess...

Obviously we would like to see no reverse until a bit later, get the thing running then reverse in conjunction with the offering and warrants so we can get more firepower back .
