Let it go. Sullivan's long gone. Within 3 months of the Court's ruling in this case he had moved on to bringing civil cases on behalf of an executive who felt he was wrongly terminated and 4 gun shops*** who felt that Massachusetts' Attorney General didn't understand that State's own gun laws. Think he had righteous reasons for those, too? Picked those cases because he had proof of their proclamations and claims in hand? Or was he just lawyerin'? Gone. The idea that a lawyer does a deep dig into a clients position before he takes a case is humorous.
