It took so long for them to get the S-1 through (had to remove all that BS about the PAS system actually saving anybody money), it looks like the financial information in that was for February 28, 2018, so they've been delinquent for quite awhile. Truth be known, they should have updated the financial information in that last S-1/A before it was made effective, looks like the SEC missed that one.
They haven't been doing financial reports for awhile, so it'll be interesting to see if they even try.
