I reiterate what I said before that he told me he needed capital. I am not sure how you can be confused on the timeline because he has been looking for capital for as long as I have been talking to him (4-5 months now). That is fine he holding everything back for "xyz reason" but the discrepancy is the point I am trying to hammer home right now. So either he is lying to you, you are lying to me or I am lying. No other options exist for this matter. Thats the only reason I am posting to the board so I can figure this matter out. I was trying to keep this private so I would not have to deal with the rest of the happy horse s**t on this board but here we are.
