If it didn't work the government of India is wasting a lot of time, money and political careers.

Either way, it's irrelevant. If it doesn't work, there won't be any royalties. Hopefully they aren't putting the entire future of the company in the hands of people who have never done this, so likely they still have work to do.



This part of your statement is incorrect
"If it doesn't work, there won't be any royalties" Amtronics CC will be paying royalities to use the quantum dots for research for other products such as displays, whether or not the solar panels works out or not.

We have received very encouraging indications of interest from OEM electronics manufacturers (notice plural) that are looking to increase the color rendering capabilities of their displays without adding cadmium and upon reaching this milestone, we believe we are now in a position to partner to commercialize this technology in order to get our QD materials into consumer displays.
