I am in all except a few of those and a lot more non-lazar tickers.
Based on your advice, I find them early, often before the filings hit so my initial monetary commitment is little and is multiplied significantly by the time filings start to hit. By then I'm able to take out my initial investment for something else and let the play go where it may.

Are you saying you don't feel these will be sold any time soon?

$CXCQ was a big disappointment, I agree. But unless you came in during the later stages, i don't see how you'd be in bad shape on most of these (save a few).
