After hours news seems to indicate that the company has to become compliant with NYSE listing by July 19th. Very risky play here. High chance of an RS if it's approved on the 19th. But doesn't the price have to stay above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days to maintain the listing? And if so wouldn't that mean they have to get it iver a dollar 10 days before the deadline?
