I have been a shareholder for years. I have a very nice paper profit, and I do want to sell my shares, but not at sub-penny prices, which could happen if the company's website stays down for an extended period of time. This prospect scares me badly.
My tens of thousands of shares will vote at the earliest opportunity for a new CEO. He's likely to get the company's website running again.
My shares will also vote for an independent Board of Directors that has the power to implement whatever actions, including new company executives, are necessary to keep Greenshift functioning.
