What from 20B down to like 1 B? and where is proof they are going to reduce it? It would have made sense to do it when they did the RS. Oh okay, I see, because they said they would do it... soon, or was it shortly. I see they started diluting the stock SOON after the ticker change. AND SHORTLY after that they released a NT-10K.
Outstanding shares at 1B is the same as Outstanding shares at 20B, not much difference, both give a net effect of .0001 on the bid when they hit over 500M outstanding shares. Makes no difference how much the drop the A/S, they will dilute all the way up to the A/S as much as they can. Dilution running upwards of 500K a day? Look at the volume today. Look at the price today.
FLES is throwing PR's out through people on stock boards only to get price to move up fractions of pennies so they can dilute even more and make money OFF YOUR BACK.
