Because you can't answer why she is here...and you can't deny her track record.
She is not here by chance...you can't deny that. She was promoted and paid well before she left ACB....and after arriving at LIHTD....you can't deny that.
You also can't deny that....she has been shopping since she got here....You also can't deny that ACB should be busy shopping for US properties.
Rivera is not the only person in the company that matters...but her track record and reputation speaks for itself. No matter how some try and minimize the significance of her being at LIHTD....she will be important to our future....IMHO.
No one questions the ability to get financing any more. Non dilutive financing is the key to all of our expansion projects. Her being CFO will be crucial to our financing....her experience will take us places Corey never could. Look what she has done in three months time....imagine where we will be after six months...or a year of her as CFO.
No one can come up with anything bad about Rivera. The worst anyone could do was say it was my girlfriend. Now that it has been proven she is quite attractive....that suddenly stopped the girlfriend BS.
You can't even deny that ACB....might want what we have in Nevada. You can't come up with any valid reasons they wouldn't want LIHTD's Vegas and Nevada properties.
Rivera is here for a reason.....figure it out....or wait until they tell you....no reason to argue with me about it. Just like Rivera.....I got my LIHTD shares.....BEFORE ...ACB.
