Some of the theories of Nasdaq being delayed
-FarmBill-done
-Mona Jr history...has since retired, compensated and removed from the company
-No CEO/CFO...has since been remedied
-I think the hiring of CAO to CFO/CEO/restructuring of management all had to do with the Adverse Opinion issued on our last audit.
-New CPA? D&T
-New IR team?
All the above seem like steps they took to make Nasdaq happy.
The only delays I can anticipate now are:
-FDA
-Nasdaq is slow? though this doesn't seem likely as they have uplisted others in shorter periods of time
-a certain number of quarterly ERs before remedying the adverse opinion?
-fraudulent pending lawsuit, though some here have shot down that theory
They haven't been rejected and i'm sure if they had been, then they'd have applied to NYSE immediately. So my best guess its the FDA.
