There is only one scenario folks are gambling on by continuing to purchase this stock: someone comes in and cleans up the shell; investigates whether legitimate services were actually rendered for shares (if not, they will asked to be returned or face litigation); and turn it into something legitimate without an R/S. Happened with GuardDog and a few others. If it happens again, this will fly. But it’s a long shot.
