OK, first of all, I'm not saying anything. This is all wild speculation with very little basis in fact.

Now, given that, all e.Digital said was that some big Asian firm had licensed the O1K platform for OEM branding. If the OEM is Dell or some other I don't believe there is any basis whatsoever to conclude that e.Digital has any relationship with the OEM. The relationship is with the Asian firm. It would be the Asian firm's responsibility to meet whatever vendor requirements exist for the OEM, whomever they may be.

So, given that, why would you ask whether or not e.Digital could meet the requirements of Dell?
