You seem fixated on vacations You continue to bring this up with zero proof. We know these guys are not on vacation because some of them are attending meetings with the DEQ in Lincoln. As a Nebraska resident, I can assure you Lincoln is not a vacation destination. They either will or will not submit the air permit application this month. It will be public record. If they do submit it, how exactly do they prepare and submit it while on vacation? Perhaps best for all if YOU took a vacation.
