The “right” way to do that RM into a dirty shell thing is to have the RS done before you take on the shell. That way the folks who get wiped out are the ones who were holding bags in the previous company enterprises (they’ve already been wiped out). You don’t wipe out the people who took on those bags and who bought the stock you sell into the market (or, more likely, is converted and dumped from toxic notes), that’s just bad IR and typical of a stinky pink. If you’re legit, that is.
