From my perspective and IMO, lawyers cannot forced shareholders to sell their shares. The shareholders would have to agree to sell and Orie should be offering a 'ridiculously' higher amount to buy back these shares. Plus, he has to protect himself from future lawsuits from these shareholders regarding Orie manipulating and stealing future wealth from them.
So, this is not going to be easy, but necessary.
