Not losing faith in what is to come, but losing faith in TKO`s execution of hitting dates, but I understand it purely the legal processes and it would appear to me that TKO`s lawyers are not up to dealing with these types of contracts and can`t keep pace with the multi lawyers that the blue chip Companies have.
As posted before, it just reminds me of Boston Legal when the lawyers tie the lesser lawyers up in knots as they are dealing with things they haven`t come across before or don`t have the knowledge or backing of a large corporate.
These are just my thoughts mind!!
