Well the SCAMMERS found themselves a way to no longer fail! I mean think about it. They were once a failing CC processor and then someone figured out that all they had to do was file an "intent" to merge with another company.

If they were really going to merge then why would they immediately start diluting like a mad man? Well anyone with half a brain can realize they are making MULTI-MILLIONS on all these shares they are selling and I don't believe they have any plans on stopping till the LOI is terminated. They are going to milk this one dry! They got OTCX sitting on .0006's as I type this LOL

If they were really going to merge, that alone would help them a lot but nooooo, they needed to dilute like crazy and they didn't wait long to start.

Well, they didn't fool me. I know why they are doing a mega cash grab right now. Because they know this is their only chance to make out like bandits before the ride is over.
