The law says they must at least to the legal minimums!
And it says that the ridesharing company MUST be certain that they do and that the policy is not lapsed!
So unless CarSmartt has figured out a way to guarantee they are fully insured... for every driver... prior to them picking up any rider... they have a problem with the law!
That is why the REAL companies provide the insurance!
Anyone know another way to guarantee that the drivers have the insurance before picking up a rider?
