Here's a Chart that clearly explains their Shorting schemes, based on the 5th digit trading!


notice they can short at .00024 (OTC will only see .0002)
And they can Cover at .00005 (OTC will only see .0001)

This is WHY you see so much VOLUME but the PPS remains unchanged!

This is due to all those 5th digit trades that YOUR OTC 4th digit Trading platform truncates!

This is where they make a killing trading in the 5th, where you only have access to the 4th!

this is Cheating! to TRADE on your seed-monies while you cant!
