HOGWASH! If the mystery FALCON HOAX filed a 13G it would be available RIGHT NOW, on the EDGAR site. If WEYL claims a 13G from them I will certainly forward it to some overseeing entities for scrutiny.

You clearly stated that FALCON, whatever the hell they call themselves, filed one. I posted a link showing NO FALCON XXXXXXXX has done so. Please explain the discrepancy with something verifiable.

Beware folks! There seems to be some erroneous information going around concerning a QUESTIONABLE entity holding a 5%+ position in this floundering ticker.

"Section 13D and 13G require any person who, after directly or indirectly acquiring beneficial ownership of any class of registered equity securities (or certain unregistered equity securities), is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than 5% of that class, to file a Schedule 13D or 13G with the SEC within 10 days of their acquisition.

The claim was that YESTERDAY a 13G was filed. Nothing appears in the EDGAR system as of the time that I tried to find the claimed 13G.

Do your DD and understand what BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP is and what is required of those persons/entities when they become one.
