No worries. The other consideration here is that once they announce current status that will add credibility to mgmt and increase interest and buying pressure on the ASK. I initially thought the SEC current announcement would come before the merger definitive agreement. But now I am expecting the SEC current announcement to follow the merger definitive agreement PR. Based on other tickers with binding LOI (SOL*) my best guess is a definitive PR comes not next week but the following week of July 8-12. That’s 6 weeks post initial LOI
