The NDEQ site re-affirms what Jim & Scott announced is actually being accomplished with a lot more details.

At some point in time Niocorp will be instructed by the NDEQ to published an ad(s) in a local newspaper(s) to have a public hearing on the construction of this project. That will show up on the NDEQ list, but I think we may here it from Jim first, or at the same time.
