LOL.

Goes to show how serious the company is.

These crooks can say anything as long as they add a "forward looking statement" aka "safe harbor statement" to everything they put out.

Hell, they can say they are working on several deals knowing they aren't working on chit, but as long as they include a forward looking statement, they are safe.

Hi Tom, it's been several months since connecting with Cal Krupa..He is Budlife Minnesota connection ..has plant facility access and product experience.. that was previously referenced in Budlife PR news/Whitepages...Did quite of bit of DD on situation and would take pages to type, so i'll ramble tidbits and toss out some links if anyone interested..Two summarizing statements would be:

1st, (Minnesota) Cal amicable and his sector resume credentials indicate he is capable and knowledgable at taking a good look at creating Budlife and certainly bringing it to market if product potential measures up..

2nd, Plantation Corp holds a container aerated lid attachment patent rights that provides a storage compartment that houses a satchel packet that activates the container environment ..Imo, Budlife DD at that time appeared Plantation was offering nothing new..essentially a similar competing Boveda freshness packet that does the same thing, only located in the lid compartment..and Boveda pumps their packets can be placed anywhere inside the container and get freshness mission accomplished, negating any need for the Budlife aerated lid attachment..Cal believes the Budlife product kills mold growth where Boveda does not, and appears jury still out on that claim..Btw, Boveda stated, per email, they were not aware of who Budlife is.

*i should note months old info,Budlife efficiency could improve and any reliable Budlife DD evaluation and conclusions are above my pay grade..:)

Here are a few links and contacts should anyone like to carry on with Budlife..

Cal Krupa
CEO & FOUNDER
UPAC2 INC
612 518 2240 (cell iphone if i recall)
cal@upac2.com ( i had one or two emails comeback undeliverable..this appears working as it was listed per Cal's email response details)

Cal krupa..http://www.upac2.com/contactus

https://bovedainc.com/

*I was troubled by Cal's previous Ultra Green company..It received a a couple million financing package from the city and eventually closed with local environmental problems..Imo, Ultra Green intended to bring significant jobs and revenues to the city, but didn't. The city took back the warehouse facility partly recouping losses..Frankly, i'm surprised Budlife has yet to produce product from the S1 filing revenues..??

Lastly, i've been known to be a big SGMD pumper when i get the chance..and think we need to present as much SGMD pro/con to aid decision process..i need more detail/test results to pump Budlife today..gl

The Budlife product is still in development according to Plantation Corp's 10-Q filed on March 31, 2019. So Sugarmade is not lying when they say they have not received the Budlife product from Plantation. So, once or if Plantation finishes developing the product then Sugarmade can market it.
