I believe i made this calculation a couple weeks ago. I do like your breakdow and this explaims why VRUS moves so fast.

Id say about a third to hald tge float is held and locked up by board posters here, so the trading float is about half of the number in your calculation.

Next week we should be uplisted and VRUS should be .05+

So let’s say a 700m float. Not bad. But I don’t see a $1+ here. That MCAP would be too high.

My understanding from the Monaker conference call was that there were no restrictions on their VRUS shares. However, aren't Garnock's and Berdon's shares currently restricted? Wasn't that the reason that Verus had to file the S-1...so that Garnock and Berdon would be able to sell (if they wanted to) without any restrictions?
