I shortened the time frame bringing the earliest data to the start of 2017 this time. I also was able to spread out the color range a bit giving the "neutral" range a wider look of mostly yellow around its Median value of 44% cash.



Risk still looks only moderate right now and since it's just above the median point, I'll stick with Alfred E. Neuman - "What, Me worry?"
