Placing the blame on someone without knowing the reason. Is foolish.

I get the angst, though, Bro. It's like knowing you are the best qualified for the job and you got it, but, still having to go through the 6 interviews to get the official offer. JUST SHOW ME THE MONEY! :-)

The frustrations will turn to full-scale elations VERY SOON, IMO!

There will still be some bumps, but, they're easier to handle when everyone's flush!
