Move along. Nothing to see here. Company's bankrupt. Don't confuse folks here with facts.

Nice summary of actual facts from LCY. I’m right there with you...but get ready to be told it has nothing to do with bioamber. Did you see the part where a pwc employee is signing as a treasury account manger for bioamber in France???

Yes for sure. Any docs provided here are completely meaningless.

This is a debt ridden shell with all the assets being gone.

The second transaction includes a 9.5 year supply of corn sludge, worth absolutely nothing.

Wow thats a lot of action at kKR and LCY . Must be hundreds of people with inside knowledge of what all that means . Yet the empty debt ridden shell is trading under 2 cents and cant break a million shares in volume. So the market is saying the debt ridden shell is next to worthless

And all of that has absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber. “Hey look, here’s some companies that have a lot of money, maybe they’re going to buy an empty, debt ridden shell with it.”

LOL. Ridiculous.

If there were anything looming so lucrative as to pay the $100M mentioned in court, it would be stated directly and openly by the monitor to the court, to the creditors, and to the shareholders. None of this “dot connection” is real, all fairy tale to support the unloading of stock that soon will be cancelled.

Didn't LCY become private early this year (Jan 2019)?
How can they still distribute dividend?
Who are the common shareholders?
