The trial date hasn't been set yet, probably because the SEC brought sanctions motions against HEMP, Perlowin and Barry Epling for various actions it perceived as deceptive during the discovery phase.
The judge in the case granted some sanctions and denied others, and as part of the normal process, HEMP contested those findings, and a decision will have to be made on that before a trial date can be scheduled.
