Nope, technically 0.025 should hold, I would be surpised if they break it down. Only dilution would do this if they give up and they have to sell shares IMO. BTW, no one is holding believers back to hit the the hell out of the very low ask to take the PPS up by will as it is very cheap - they just don't want to or not 100% sure this is the bottom yet!!
