The union has a lot of agreements with GM. On July 16th, they will be renegotiating multiple issues which includes “what to do” with Lordstown.

They only way Lordstown plant gets sold to $WKHS & it’s silent investor(s) (Burn’s new formed entity, which doesn’t exist yet btw... I’ve checked) is for the UAW and GM to come to a new agreement.
