Why didn't the winning bidder - bid for the IP, contracts or the NOLs.

If it was so valuable - why didn't anyone bid on them?

The Monitor must have paid the pittance of $250 for the maintenance fee of the patent - BioAmber can't make payments as it is in bankruptcy.
