I think the earliest we're looking at is September after the court case is heard on the 13th. I know Mark said the legal proceedings are not tied to releasing financials but I think that he's just holding his cards close and that is his public reply. Hopefully the Judge rules that day and does not have to deliberate for months. Guilty or not, just close the books on this case and let's move forward.
