the point is that folks need to read the 8k. it's not good for current shareholders. period. new company is going to hold 85% of the os in the new entity, which means that the current os represents the other 15% that the former shareholders will hold. the current shareholders right no now will become the "former" shareholders in new entity. that means that the 350 mil shares outstanding right now will represent 15% of the new os. that equates to immediate billions of shares being held. that is why they are going to r/s. and the 350 mil os now will shrink by whatever ratio the r/s will be and the new company clinigence will hold the 85% majority of whatever number the new os will be after the split. it's ugly before and after the split for current shareholders. igmb is toast for anybody buying before the split.
