Agree 100%. We don't want the state to invest/fund directly in it anyways. That could seriously impede on timing and operational effectiveness. The Nebraska Advantage Act is a great program and Niocorp will take full advantage of it. I think they have the 2nd largest approved application in the history of the state incentive plans. Union Pacific had a $1B project.
