Igambit shareholders to hold 15% of issued and outstanding shares. That's 400mil currently. 15% of 400mil times 15%=60mil. So 400/60=6.67. Need an r/s of 1:6.67. So they'll do a 1:6 or 1:7 and then they control 85% of the 400mil o/s
